The Capri Theater is hosting a movie night every first Thursday of the month, as well as partnering with the Minneapolis Film Society and Minnesota Historical Society to present additional screenings.

Their close bond is tested as they confront family estrangement and personal revelations in Omar S. Kamara's heartfelt and award-winning feature debut.

Dawn Porter's uplifting documentary, 'Luther: Never Too Much,' highlights the journey of R&B legend Luther Vandross, from backup singer to renowned pop star. Featuring rare footage and interviews with friends like Mariah Carey and Dionne Warwick, the film showcases Vandross's musical talent, personal challenges, and pursuit of recognition, painting a memorable picture of his remarkable career.
